Welcome to TechnicalTask.org. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of such entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission. You may not use another user's account without permission.
TechnicalTask.org provides a task management platform with AI assistance to help users organize, prioritize, and complete their tasks efficiently. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
From time to time, we may offer features that are in "beta" and may be unfinished or contain bugs. We make no guarantees about the performance or functionality of beta features, and we reserve the right to change or remove beta features at any time without notice.
Some aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and any taxes associated with your use of the Services.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. The details of each plan, including the features included and the applicable fees, are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change the features included in each plan or the pricing of any plan at any time.
For subscription-based Services, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when you subscribe to the Services.
Unless you notify us before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee (as well as any taxes) using any payment method we have on record for you.
Except when required by law, paid fees are non-refundable. However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, discount, or other consideration ("credits") in certain circumstances. The granting of any such credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the free trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a free trial, you will not be charged by us until the free trial has expired. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you cancelled your subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees for the type of subscription you have selected.
Our Services allow you to create, upload, store, share, send, and receive content, including but not limited to text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, and other materials (collectively, "User Content").
You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create, upload, post, send, or store through the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

We have the right (but not the obligation) to review, screen, and delete any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. You acknowledge that we may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties. We may also cooperate with such authorities in prosecuting users who violate the law.

The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TechnicalTask.org and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TechnicalTask.org.
If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Services ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to us all rights in such Feedback and agree that we shall have the right to use and fully exploit such Feedback and related information in any manner we deem appropriate. We will treat any Feedback you provide to us as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that you will not submit to us any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or you may contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT (1) THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (2) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (3) THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (4) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHNICALTASK.ORG, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TECHNICALTASK.ORG BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECHNICALTASK.ORG ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT; (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES; (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES; (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY; (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES; AND/OR (VII) USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHNICALTASK.ORG, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR COSTS IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TECHNICALTASK.ORG HEREUNDER OR $100.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SECTION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF TECHNICALTASK.ORG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THESE TERMS GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. THE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechnicalTask.org, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Maharashtra, India, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts in any such action or proceeding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive relief in any court having jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Before filing a claim against TechnicalTask.org, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or TechnicalTask.org may bring a formal proceeding.
YOU AND TECHNICALTASK.ORG AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TechnicalTask.org regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and TechnicalTask.org.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of TechnicalTask.org.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.
Any notices or other communications provided by TechnicalTask.org under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given: (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the Services. For notices made by email, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms.
