Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with TechnicalTask.org in just a few minutes. Follow these simple steps to start managing your tasks more efficiently:

Step 1: Create an Account

Visit our registration page and sign up for a free account. You can also sign up using your Google, Microsoft, or Apple account for faster access.

After logging in, you'll be prompted to set up your workspace. Choose a name for your workspace and invite team members if needed.

Installation

Task Management

Our task management system is designed to be intuitive yet powerful, helping you organize and prioritize your work effectively.

Creating Tasks

You can create tasks in several ways:

  • Click the "+ New Task" button in the dashboard
  • Use keyboard shortcut Ctrl + N (Windows/Linux) or + N (macOS)
  • Ask the AI Assistant to create a task for you
  • Import tasks from other applications

Task Properties

Each task can have the following properties:

  • Title: A brief description of the task
  • Description: Detailed information about the task
  • Due Date: When the task needs to be completed
  • Priority: Low, Medium, High, or Urgent
  • Status: To Do, In Progress, Done, or custom statuses
  • Assignee: The person responsible for completing the task
  • Tags: Labels to categorize and filter tasks
  • Attachments: Files related to the task
  • Subtasks: Smaller tasks that make up the main task

Task Views

You can view your tasks in different formats:

List View

A simple list of tasks, ideal for quick scanning and management.

Board View

Kanban-style board with columns for different statuses, ideal for workflow visualization.

Calendar View

Tasks displayed on a calendar, ideal for time-based planning.
